Hi SH, I'm so sorry to let these problems happen , after internal discussion,below is the initial response from Foxconn: - MAC OUI changed * 5360pcs: The new OUI BC:F4:D4 had been assigned from Nov/E 2022, our factory forgot to consult this problem with ALT. The new OUI will be using for 240K demand in 2023 , MAC OUI will change if ALT add more quantity demand. In the next time, we will check with ALT before ship out. - UHD(4K) Channel noise* 1 pcs : Factory will check log test and send out FA report first. Could you help to send 1pcs to VN for our engineer analysis? - Shaking noise* 1 pcs : Our engineer check log test and your information, we will prepare and send out report asap. - HDMI cable cosmetic NG* 3 pcs: our SQE check lot code for this shipping and send out report soon. FXN will be check each issue and send out 8D report later Thanks you so much ! |
